Welcome to the city of Marysville! We're a vibrant, growing community nestled on the banks of the Snohomish River and bordered by the Cascade Mountains to the east and Puget Sound to the west. We offer a variety of outdoor recreation opportunities, diverse shopping options–from our Lakewood Crossing retail center to our historic downtown shops, and a spring and summer full of fairs and festivals with local flavor.

During the Roaring Twenties, the City earned the nickname "The Strawberry City" in recognition of the area's overabundance of the sweet, fruity berries, which are celebrated and eaten–annually in June with the Strawberry Festival and Grand Parade. In 2016, Marysville celebrated its 125th birthday.
